When you book your BBQ, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients.
Your bookings and well-being are very important to us.
We understand that sometimes, unexpected problems can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary.
If you need to cancel your booking, we respectfully request at least 15 days’ notice.
Our Policy:
- Any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to the event will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 25% of the advanced payment provided by the client.
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 7 days prior to the event will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the advanced payment provided by the client.
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 3 days prior to the event will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the advanced payment provided by the client.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. Please check for these special circustances with us by whatsapp message followed by an email to info@bahexpressbbq.com
